I’ve always been passionate about preparing delicious comfort food from the kitchen to your table or event. Being in the restaurant business for four decades, I’ve dedicated myself to crafting delectable comfort cuisine that effortlessly transitions from my kitchen to your table or event. I enjoy each day with a smile because I cherish knowing I made someone happy.
Food is my passion.
I am confident serving American, Mexican, Italian, Barbecue, and more. Desserts are a big part of my menu – from cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pastries, breads, pies, and cobblers. My signature dessert is Grilled Banana bread, which I must credit to my Grandma (Bessie).
Family is integral to my business; all my sons and grandchildren know how to cook. They grew up in my restaurant, The Bears Den, in Grand Lake, Colorado. I also had a Wood fired pizza business in Granby, Colorado.
I live in the Hill Country, and Marble Falls is my home. I’ve been catering and running my food trucks in the surrounding now for six years.
My accomplishments are making a lot of people happy with comfort food. I have had the privilege of serving Tim Allen, Hugh Jackman, Katie Holmes, and the majority of the Denver Broncos.
I love bringing family and friends together for Love, Happiness, and Laughter.
